Weekend Wrap-Up

It's definitely beginning to feel a lot like Christmas! We had a couple really fun get togethers this weekend. 

Friday we had our annual neighbor ugly sweater and white elephant party.  Seriously we hit the jackpot when it comes to neighbor friends.  It was such a fun and funny night.  So thankful for friends that feel like family. While we were there, Kael had a youth group event and Kylee and Kase had a movie night at home. 

Saturday morning Kael had a basketball game.  He played great and scored the most points he has all season! Right afterwards we went to Sheffield to spend the day with my dad's side of the family.  There were more than 50 of us there! It was a really nice day spent with family who we don't see very often.

And it was such a beautiful day- we spent a lot of time outdoors!

Sunday we spent the day getting stuff done and ready for Christmas! We wrapped up our evening by getting in the car and driving around looking at Christmas lights.

I'm thankful to have a few days to myself while the kids are still in school so I can finish up all things Christmas.  It's going to be a great week!
