Weekend Wrap-Up

Want to see a TON of pictures from our wonderful weekend? Oh, good! 

Friday it was SO nice out.  We planted a few more things in our garden and a few more flowers. 

Summertime Kase has arrived. Prepare yourself for weeks worth of pictures with him wearing no shirt.

I did feel a *little* badly playing with the water table in the backyard.  The kids at recess kept looking longingly over, wishing they could join us, I'm sure!

We stopped by my parents' house to see my Dad's new boat, then I couldn't find Kase. ;)

On the way home we stopped at Hy-Vee and I had a free birthday Starbucks reward so I picked us up a Strawberry Lemonade and Kase rode around eating a bag of potato chips that his great grandma had given him. Such a third child.  I would have never let this fly with my first.

Spent some time playing in the sandbox. Then Friday night we spent with my family and you've already seen pictures and heard about that.

Saturday morning we needed to do a Home Depot AND Target run, much to the dismay of the kids. We did have fun at the Kids Workshop. 

Shopping with my tweenager is hilarious.

And so, so awesome.

Later, Kase had a birthday party and got this awesome ninja turtle cape and mask!

Then it was off for our annual trip to Tulip Time! So good to see family and we always have fun there. 

My knights in shining armor carrying poffertjes for us! They waited in a l-o-n-g line to get them!

But it was soooo worth it.

Then we settled in to watch the night parade!

Sunday morning I woke up lots of cards and sweet gifts from the kids.  Then the kids sang at church which is always so special.  

Later we headed to Creston for a windy soccer game!

Later we visited my grandma, then stopped by my Dad and Mom's then had a nice dinner out.

My lilacs bloomed today! Perfect timing!

It was a great weekend!
