Wednesday night Kylee had her track banquet. Fun to put a bow on a great season and the coaches do such a nice job talking about every senior but it sure makes for a looooong night- ha!
My kids have been keeping Grandma Cindy and Grandpa Keith busy by stopping by when they are out for a bike ride or a run or a scooter ride- they love to stop by and say hi!
Friday night we went to a concert with Kael and Emma up in The District. Fun to spend time with them and cool that we got to be in the VIP tent! Later Kylee was up there after grad parties with her friends to go to the silent disco. Kase is just off doing Kase things- busy summering hard with his buddies.
Saturday Kylee went to Sean's commencement and spent the day with him and his family. Congrats to Sean!!
Kase and the Crew had quite a weekend of baseball. The boys went 4-1. Two games we were behind and came back to win in the last inning! Once there were two outs and Kase got two strikes on him but there were runners on and Kase hit a big double to tie up the game and keep us going! So that was fun. He also pitched a gem on Sunday. And hilariously he got a kid out with the hidden ball trick which totally changed the energy and mood of the game. The SEP coach got kicked out, we kept fighting and walked away with a win against them which was awesome because we haven't beaten them for several years!
Kael and Emma were champs this weekend coming out to support Kase! Kael loves teaching her about the game and helping her get to know all of Kase's teammates.
Kylee had a weekend filled with grad parties and plans with friends and Sean so I barely saw her but I know she was off having fun. The boys just packed up and took off for Canada so I know they're going to have a great week!
