I'm thankful for my boys. The other night when I told Kael I was going to a football parent committee meeting for his team he said, "Oh that's cool, Mom- you'll be great at that." Love that kid. Also, Kase's teacher showed me a story at conferences that Kase had written. He could write about anything he wanted and he chose to write about me and at the end of the story it said, "In conclusion, MOMS ARE AWESOME!" So sweet.
I'm thankful that Kase likes to talk at bedtime and tell me about his day. I'm thankful for the warm weather and Kase being able to play outside but he runs off with friends right away after school and I don't hear much about his day until later in the evening and I always love hearing little bits about his day.
I'm thankful Kase had a good report card and conference. His teacher commented on how much growth he has seen in Kase this school year and I have to agree. He's really maturing! When Kent and Kael were gone in Las Vegas, Kase was a huge help doing things around the house- wanting to scoop the snow and also was just really responsible with his own things that I usually take care of for him.
I'm thankful for long walks with Kent. These last few days have been gorgeous!!
Have a happy day!
