Weekend Wrap-Up

I love vacation.  Especially vacations that involve sun and being around water while it's cold and rainy back home! 

Thursday evening we packed up and headed halfway to Branson.  The kids were such good riders in the car and after a late night swim in the hotel pool, they had a quick pizza "snack" before bed.

The next morning we got up early and headed the rest of the way and met up with the Patterson crew!

We went go karting right away.

Then hit the pool at our resort!

Saturday morning Kase pulled his tooth! He was so excited.

Then we went for a lovely morning canoe trip.

Followed by an afternoon of boating!

 There was a lot of swimming.

And cliff jumping, and rope swinging!

Here I was helping Kase get to the rope so he could swing.  He did great!

And hit the arcade and laser tag!

Kellen go lots of attention, especially from Kylee who was practicing her babysitting skills!

The guys did more go karting.

And then we wrapped up our weekend with a beautiful sunset ceremony at Top of the Rock.

We drove home Sunday and went to Kent's office- there was a lot of water damage from a faulty roof drain.  It's going to be a busy week ahead getting everything back in order! We had a nice dinner with my parents at Jethros then spent the rest of the night relaxing.
