I'm thankful Kylee had a great race in Mason City on Tuesday night. She's been putting in a lot of work over the winter and it's paying off.
I'm thankful that Kent made it in time to watch her. We got word the meet was running way ahead of schedule but Kent was already on his way so he decided to keep going and made it with five minutes to spare and got to see her run!
I'm thankful for my village. It's been a trying week and I'm glad for friends who have checked in and also friends who have been there for Kase as he navigates the tricky waters of middle school.
I'm thankful it's spring break. It couldn't get here soon enough this year.
