Weekend Wrap-Up

I didn't get a Thankful Thursday posted earlier this week so here's what we've been up to!

My dad and I got Kael and Kylee out of school early last Monday to go to the state basketball tournament.  Kase was home sick and my mom stayed with him which was so nice.  We had a great time at the tournament even though our team didn't win.

Kase made a "bunker" in the pantry.  The things we do to entertain ourselves as winter keeps dragging on. He spent a half hour in here at least.

Kael had his last basketball game of the season and scored two baskets! It was a great game!

We checked out the new ALDI with my sister and her kids.  I feel like this picture accurately represents how we feel about it.

Played real life Strategy Steps.  Please see about my reference to entertaining ourselves as winter keeps hanging around and it's too cold to play outside.  This is one of our favorite Wii party games so we made it work in real life!

We had a weekend off volleyball tournaments so Kylee had a friend spend a night.  They thought they were pretty funny when they left just part of their face masks on to look like beards.

Sunday we met Kevin, Kaity and Kellen for brunch in Pella.  It was so good to see them and we had fun walking around Wal-Mart afterwards!

Other than that we've been spending a lot of time at the gym- playing basketball, swimming and lifting weights.  We are really thankful for our Trail Point membership this year! Hope you all had a great weekend!
