Thankful Thursday

I'm thankful my dad had last Friday off so he and my mom stopped by with a bunch of treats from the bakery for us.

I'm thankful a kind message from an old friend.  She had the sweetest things to say about my family and me.

I'm thankful for a fun dinner with family last night.  Kent's parents, grandparents and brother came to see the basement and we all went out to our favorite Mexican restaurant.

I'm thankful for the rain.  It's starting to look like spring around here! Meaning, our grass is finally turning green!

I'm so so so thankful for our basement.  Kent put a ton of time into finishing it and we have really been enjoying having another whole level to our house.  It's a wonderfully cozy space and we are loving hanging as a family down there in the evenings.

I'm thankful Kase isn't napping today which means bedtime will be easier but also means I don't have much time to write.
