We had a fun time in Clear Lake for Thanksgiving with my family!
Since there are so many of us we rented an extra place nearby the condo. These crazy boys had fun checking the VRBO out.
And we got started with games right away!

Wednesday night was just a fun, chill hangout night since we all arrived at different times. Then Thursday we all were at the condo ready to spend the day together by early morning!

And Kent was ready to challenge anyone and everyone to Connect 4!
These three really got along well and had tons of fun together all three days.

We had a lovely Thanksgiving meal! I know it was a lot of work for my parents but it really was perfect! So thankful for moments like these.
Then, a scavenger hunt around the Bell Harbor area! I'm claiming that my team won! We certainly had the most fun.
Love that everyone participated! Even in the chilly temps! It was a fun way to burn off some calories after our big meal!
Later we took the kids to Moana 2! Cute movie and fun way to spend time since everyone was pretty tired.
Meanwhile the adult men adventured. Kudos to Kael for being a good sport at the Buddy Holly crash site!
Friday morning we decided to do some girls shopping!
The Black Friday gang. We had the best time shopping in Clear Lake and found some super cute things!
Vogels and Simms headed home then we went to lunch with my parents in Mason City before heading home. We got home and unpacked and stuff the Sean came over and we all had fun playing board games and Among Us. Great night.
Saturday Kent was feeling restless and wanted to adventure with the boys. He took them to the gym in the morning and Kylee ended up meeting them there. Later she went shopping with friends and Kent, Kael and Kase went to look at cars, guitars and also found a fun place to play pool. Meanwhile I finished decorating the house for Christmas.
That evening we put up the tree in Kent's office then took the whole squad to Wig and Pen for dinner.
Brooke even let Kase do a little serving!!! He was so proud and happy. A few of us grabbed ice cream on the way home then spent the rest of the evening playing Among Us again.
Sunday morning everyone slept in. Kylee went to church with Sean. Kael packed up and headed back to Pella in the early afternoon. Kylee went to Smokey Row to do homework. Kent took Kase and a friend to 7 Oaks to ski and snowboard and they had a fun afternoon!
It was such a great long weekend and it made me so excited for an even longer Christmas break coming up soon!
