I'm thankful for friends and family who follow along with Kylee's running. We got so many messages about her from people we know throughout the season!
I'm thankful Kylee and the Jags qualified for State and were District Champs last night!

We enjoyed a nice, long Fall Break weekend!
Thursday night Kase had friends stay over. Friday was a no school day and Kase had a whole squad of friends over. Kylee had cross country then later went to a haunted house with her church group. Kase and friends had pizza at Grandma Cindy's and went to the football game then back to our house and a friend spent the night.
Saturday we had the Middle School XC meet that Kent and Kylee volunteered for and Kent was gone pretty much the whole day. We had a nice lazy night afterwards and grilled burgers here and watched the football games and playoff baseball. Sean came over to hang out with Kylee and we all went out for ice cream.
Sunday after church Kent and Kase took the dirt bike out to Saylorville to ride. Kylee had cross country and later Kase went to Tierney's house so Kent and I took a long walk by the Butterfly Garden and enjoyed the beautiful fall colors! It was a lovely weekend.
Kylee and team had a great race at Fort Dodge on Thursday!
I'm thankful for Kylee's hard work and continued success academically!
I'm also thankful for when she asks me to help quiz her on Spanish vocab- that's one subject I can help with!
I'm thankful for family. I'm thankful for tough decisions being made but things moving forward.
